Proceedings conducted online through VC using Cisco Webex as
well as through Hybrid Mode.
Vide 	order 	No.09/DHC/Gaz/G-7/VI.E2(a)/2024 	dated
19.03.2024 	passed 	by 	Hon’ble 	High 	Court 	of 	Delhi, 	the
undersigned has been assigned the work of Digital Court No.-
03, Central District, Delhi.
Present: 	Mr. Vikas Saini, Ld. counsel for the complainant.
Mr. Ishpreet Singh, Ld. Counsel for the accused
alongwith accused.
It is submitted by 	Ld. Counsel for the accused that
he has been recently engaged in the present mater and will send
his vakalatnama on the official email ID of this court during the
course of the day. Let the same be taken on record on being filed.
Ld. 	Counsel 	for 	accused 	submits 	that 	copy 	of
complainant 	and 	documents 	have 	not 	been 	received.
Complainant is directed to supply the same on the contact details
of 	the counsel for accused i.e. 	mobile No.9990325209, email
ID adv.isphull@gmail.com.
Since 	offence 	under 	consideration 	is 	bailable
offence, accused is admitted to bail, subject to furnishing of
personal and surety bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- each 	with
the condition that the accused shall furnish his present residential
address to the court and in case, he changes his residence, he

shall 	intimate 	the 	court 	by 	furnishing 	his 	new 	address
immediately without any delay. Accused undertakes to furnish
personal bond during the course of the day and seeks permission
of this court to furnish the surety bonds on the NDOH. Allowed.
A scanned copy of the same be sent on the official e-mail of the
court and original be submitted with the Reader-cum-Ahlmad of
the court on or before the NDOH.
Put up for furnishing of bail bond/framing of notice
on 08.10.2024.
