After carefully perusing the charge-sheet, documents
filed therewith, including statements U/s 161 Cr.P.C recorded by IO
and hearing submissions of Ld. APP for the state and Ld. Counsel for
accused, this Court is of the considered view that
prima facie offences
U/s 356/379/411 IPC is made out against the accused. Accordingly,
charge for the aforesaid offences has been framed against the accused,
to which accused pleaded not guilty and claimed trial.
At this stage, accused admitted the genuineness of some
documents vide his separate statement recorded u/s 294 Cr.P.C./330
BNSS.
Ld. APP for State requested to drop witnesses at Sr. No.
4 & MHCM in the list of prosecution witness in view of statement of
accused u/s 294 Cr.P.C./330 BNSS.
Heard. At request of Ld. APP, witnesses at Sr. No. 4 &
MHCM in the list of prosecution witness is dropped.
Let complainant at sl. no.1 in the list of witnesses be
summoned for NDOH.
Put up for PE on 22.07.2026.
