Counsel for the complainant through VC. Ms. Poonam Rajesh, Ld. Counsel for the accused. Matter is at the stage of framing of notice. Exemption application has been filed on behalf of the accused. Same be taken on record. Heard. Perusal of the last ordersheet shows that NBWs were directed to be issued against the accused however subsequently warrants were stayed subject to cost of Rs. 3,000/-. Despite the same the accused has failed to appear before the court today. Perusal of the record further shows that on multiple occassions NBWs have been issued against the accused. Given the conduct of accused, let fresh NBWs be issued against the accused through DCP concerned, returnable to this Court on 08.10.2026. (i) The concerned police official is directed to make at least three attempts to execute the warrant. (ii) Written statement of at least two persons be recorded in writing. (iii) police official is directed to annex relevant GD entries, photographs and location screenshot with the report. Complainant is at liberty to accompany the process server at the time of execution of warrants. At request, copy of this order be given dasti to Ld. Counsel.
