accused through VC.
Matter is at the stage of framing of notice.
Ld. Counsel for accused submits that he has received the
copy of the complaint.
Heard.
Accused was present on VC, however, he was continously
talking to someone and created disturbance to the Court proceedings.
Accordingly, cost of Rs. 2000/- is imposed upon the accused
payable to the complainant.
Since, the offence is bailable in nature accused is admitted to
bail subject to furnishing of bonds in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- and the
surety in the like amount.
Surety bonds not furnished.

Ld. Counsel for accused is directed to furnish the surety
bonds on or before NDOH.
Accused is directed to appear physically before this Court on
NDOH voluntarily, failing which, coercive measure shall be taken.
