Ld. Counsel for accused has submitted that he has not received the copy of the
complaint. He shares his email-id and mobile number i.e. amishtiwari4@gmail.com and 9540068693.
Ld. Counsel for complainant is directed to supply the copy of the complaint to the
accused on or before NDOH.
Since the offence u/s 138 NI Act is bailable in nature, accused Neeraj Sahni is admitted
to bail subject to furnishing of bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 3500/- and a surety in the like amount.
Surety bonds not furnished.
Ld. Counsel for accused is directed to file his vakalatnama, copy of identity proof
alongwith surety bonds to the tune of Rs. 3500/- on the official email-id of this Court as well as
physically with the Reader-cum-Ahlmad on or before NDOH.
Accused is directed to appear physically on NDOH.
