Mr. Amish Tiwari, Ld. Counsel for accused alongwith accused in person.
Fresh vakalatnama filed on behalf of the accused. Same be taken on record.
Ld. Counsel for accused has moved an application for cancellation of NBWs on the
ground that Ld. Counsel for accused had wrong impression that above mentioned matter is listed on
21.08.2024, however, after going through the diary, it came to his knowledge that there is some other
matter listed between the same parties on 21.08.2024.
Heard.
Considered the submission.
In view of the submissions made, NBWs are hereby cancelled.
Ld. Counsel for accused has submitted that he has received the copy of the complaint.
Surety bonds to the tune of Rs. 35,00/- not furnished.
Ld. Counsel for accused is directed to furnish the surety bonds on or before NDOH.
Accused is directed to appear physically before this Court on NDOH voluntarily, failing
which, coercive measure shall be taken.
Put up for framing of notice on date already fixed i.e. 21.10.2024.
Application stands disposed of.
At request, copy of the order be given dasti to Ld. Counsel.
The order be uploaded as per rules.
