This is a complaint filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.
Perusal of the complaint and the e-filing history reveals that the present complaint has
been filed on 23.01.2025.
Since the present complaint is governed by the provisions of the Bhartiya
Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, therefore, in light of the provisions of the BNSS, let court
notice be issued to the proposed accused for answering to the present complaint upon
filing of PF within 2 weeks from today, returnable for the next date of hearing. Process
Server is directed to serve the notice through all permissible modes. Copy of the complaint
be supplied to the accused alongwith the said notice.
