Present: Learned substitute APP for the State.
Accused Nitin Gupta in person.
Accused Raghav Kalra and Renu Kalra produced from
judicial custody.
Mr. Rajesh Rathore, learned Counsel for accused
Raghav Kalra and Renu Kalra through VC.
Complainant and IO/Complainant SI present through
VC.
It is noted that bail has already been granted to both
accused Raghav Kalra and Renu Kalra vide order dated 04.07.2024.
However, their bail bonds have not yet been furnished.
The matter is listed for arguments on the point of charge.
At this stage, Mr. Nitin Kumar, learned Counsel has
appeared and submitted that he has now been engaged by accused
Raghav Kalra and Renu Kalra. Learned Counsel seeks some time to
obtain no objection from the previously engaged Counsel.
Heard. Allowed in the interest of justice.
It is further informed that a settlement has been arrived
at between the parties and they are in the process of moving a
quashing petition.
Put up for outcome of quashing petition, if any /
arguments on point of charge on 23.05.2025.
Rehnumai of both accused persons through VC every 14
days. The order be uploaded as per rules.
