Proceedings are being conducted through hybrid mode.
Previous Reader of this court has not handed over complete charge to
the incumbent Reader till date.
Present: Ms. Namrata Chauhan, Ld. APP for State.
Accused Raghav Kalra and Renu Kalra produced
from JC.
Accused Nitin Gupta in person.
Mr. Rajesh Rathore, Learned Counsel for all the
accused persons.
Complainant in person.
Fresh letter of authority filed on behalf of accused Nitin
Gupta is taken on record. The matter is listed for arguments on charge.
It is jointly informed by the parties that a settlement has been reached,
and they are in the process of moving the Hon’ble High Court of
Delhi for quashing of the present case. Accordingly, at the joint
request, the matter is adjourned.
List on 18th February 2025 for arguments on
charge/further proceedings. The date is fixed as per the convenience of
both sides.
At this stage, learned counsel for the accused persons
submits that spectacles, which were permitted to be used by accused
Raghav Kalra for one year, are likely to expire soon. Therefore, a
request is made for further direction to the concerned jail authorities.
The concerned Jail Superintendent is directed to
consider the request regarding the spectacles of accused Raghav Kalra
and decide the same in accordance with law. A copy of this order be
sent to the concerned jail for necessary compliance.

through EVL after every 14 days. The order be uploaded as per rules.
