Accused Renu Kalra produced from JC from Jail No.
6/Tihar Jail.(bail granted, bail bonds not furnished).
Sh. Akshay Kumar Ld. Proxy Counsel for the accused
Nitin alongwith accused Nitin.
Accused Raghav in person.
Complainant in person.
B/Ws against the accused Raghav received back as
executed.
Summons to the PW Sunil Kumar Rai received back as
served.
It is submitted by PW Sunil Kumar that he has to appear
in Dwarka Courts in connection with some other matter because of
which he be discharged unexamined today. He is bound-down for
NDOH.
It is made clear that if the evidence is not recorded on
NDOH, adverse orders shall follow against the Complainant as one
of the accused is in JC and routine adjournments cannot be granted.
Charge u/s 420/34/120-B IPC is separately framed
against the accused Raghav Kalra. The same is read and explained
to the accused person in vernacular language to which the accused
person has pleaded not guilty and claimed trial.
It is submitted by accused Renu that she is not being
provided with Stellar Injections and Mesacole 1.2 OD medicine by
the Jail Authorities.
Let court notice be issued to the Jail Superintendent
concerned requiring report regarding the requirement of the above

medicines/injections in connection to the accused and their
availability in the Jail Dispensary, returnable for NDOH.
At request, put up for PE on 01.08.2026.
Rehnumai of the accused is fixed as per rules every 14
days.
