Charge is separately framed. The same is read and
explained to the accused persons Nitin and Renu Kalra in vernacular
language to which the accused persons have pleaded not guilty and
claimed trial.
Bail bonds in sum of Rs. 20,000/- filed on behalf of
accused Nitin. Perused. Accepted. Verification report be called from
SHO concerned.
Perusal of the record shows that the present matter is
listed for formal framing of charge however, accused Raghav is
appearing through VC and his voice is not audible. The matter is listed
for formal framing of charge and charge has been framed against Nitin
and Renu Kalra. Charge could not be framed against accused Raghav
due to his absence and no reasonable justification has been provided
for his non-appearance today. Accordingly, issue B/Ws against the
accused Raghav Kalra in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- with one surety in the
like amount returnable for the NDOH.
PWs mentioned at serial no. 1 in the list of witnesses be
summoned for the NDOH.
Put up for formal framing of charge/PE on 16.07.2026.
