An exemption application has been filed on behalf
of the accused Nitin Gupta.
In the interest of the justice, application is allowed
and accused Nitin is exempted from appearance only for today.
It is submitted by Ld. LADC for the accused that as
private counsel has been appointed by the accused Renu Kalra, he
be discharged in the present matter. Heard. Allowed.
It is submitted by accused Renu Kalra that bail was
granted to her on 04.07.2024 but she is unable to furnish bail bonds
and she be allowed to file personal bonds. Application in this
respect filed. Same is allowed. Personal bonds be filed by the
accused in the court itself. Same be sent for verification.
It is submitted by Ld. counsel for accused persons tha
present matter has got settled between the parties and they wish to
file quashing petition before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
Last and final opportunity is granted to the accused
persons for filling quashing petition, failing which arguments on
charge shall be heard on NDOH.
Re-list the matter for arguments of charge on
09.03.2026.
