Matter is at the stage of arguments on charge.
Ld. Counsel for the accused Nitin submits that he had
received the certified copies only a few days ago, the same is
voluminous and seeks an adjournment to address the arguments on
charge.
Accused Raghav submits that he has engaged a fresh
counsel who is currently not available.
Even though on LDOH, already last opportunity was
granted to the accused persons to address the arguments on charge,
in view of the request made today, one more last and final
opportunity is granted to the accused persons for the same, in the
interest of overall justice.
It is clarified that arguments on charge be addressed
positively on NDOH, failing which, no further opportunity would
be given to the accused persons.
Re-list the matter for arguments on charge on
17.12.2025.
Date is given as per the convenience of the Ld.
