Application for substitution of AR along with pre-summoning evidence affidavit of the
new AR has been filed on the official email ID of this court. Same be taken on record.
In view of the submissions made, application is allowed. Ms. Shivani Sharma is allowed
to represent the present matter on behalf of the complainant.
Perusal of the record shows that present complaint has been filed after 01.07.2024 and
the proceedings in the present matter shall be governed by Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sahita 2023
(BNSS).
As per proviso of section 233(1) BNSS, it is incumbent upon the court to afford an
opportunity of hearing to the accused before taking cognizance of an offence.
In view thereof, let notice be issued to the proposed accused on filing of PF within 15
days through RC-AD, & speed post/approved courier service and through whatsapp/Email, and other
approved modes, returnable for 10.06.2025.
