the complainant is with regards the medical treatment having
been randomly provided and withdrawn also to the deceased
persons at the whims of the proposed accused. Considering the
same, the documents provided by the complainant are required to
be independently examined by the EO, possibly with the help of
competent medical practitioners to come to a prima facie view
with regards culpable negligence. The objections of the
complainant himself however, to now object over the
circumstances and the manner in which the proposed accused
chose to get the deceased persons operated / medically examined
and alleged criminality are in itself questionable but will only be
examined once medical opinion report as aforesaid is first
obtained.
In view of the above, EO to file a report in the
above-mentioned terms on NDOH.

It is seen however that the crux of the grievance of
the complainant is with regards the medical treatment having
been randomly provided and withdrawn also to the deceased
persons at the whims of the proposed accused. Considering the
same, the documents provided by the complainant are required to
be independently examined by the EO, possibly with the help of
competent medical practitioners to come to a prima facie view
with regards culpable negligence. The objections of the
complainant himself however, to now object over the
circumstances and the manner in which the proposed accused
chose to get the deceased persons operated / medically examined
and alleged criminality are in itself questionable but will only be
examined once medical opinion report as aforesaid is first
obtained.
In view of the above, EO to file a report in the
above-mentioned terms on NDOH.
