Present: Ld. Counsel for the complainant.
Fresh complaint received by way of assignment. It be checked and registered as
per rules.
In light of the judgment tiled as ‘Sanjabij Tari Vs Kishore S. Borkar & Anr.’ Crl.
Appeal no. 1755 of 2010 passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court on 25/09/2025, the requirement
of issuing notice u/s 223 of the BNSS and hearing the proposed accused on arguments on
cognizance is dispensed with.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant has filed the original complaint alongwith
documents today. The same has been confirmed by the Reader of this court. Be taken on record.
In view of the Mediation for the Nation 2.0 Drive launched by the Hon'ble
Supreme Court, the present matter being filed for an amount which is less than Rs. 50,000/- is
deemed fit for the purpose of being referred to Mediation.
Let court notice be issued to the proposed accused to appear before the Mediation
Centre, THC, Central on 28/03/2026 at 02:00 PM.
The proposed accused has been informed telephonically of the date on which
he/she is required to be present before the Mediation Center, THC, Central.
Both the parties are directed to remain present before the Mediation Centre, THC,
Central on 28/03/2026 at 02:00 PM.
The Alhmad is directed to place the file before the Mediation Center well in time.
