Memo of appearance has been filed on behalf of the complainant. Same
be taken on record.
Previous cost of Rs. 2000/-
(cumulatively in both the matters) imposed
on the complainant vide last order, not paid. Let the same be paid on or before NDOH.
An exemption application has been moved on behalf of the accused no. 2
on medical grounds. Heard. Considered. Same is allowed for today only subject to
filing of medical document on the NDOH, failing which, a cost of Rs. 2,000/- shall be
imposed on the accused.
Further, it submitted that copy of complaint and annexed documents
concerning the present case has not supplied to them. Complainant is directed to
supply the same to the accused at-least one week prior to the NDOH.
List the matter for CE on 13.02.2026.
