Matter received by way of transfer in pursuance of order of Ld. Principal District
& Sessions Judge (Hqs), Delhi vide order no. 91487-91504/F.3(4)JMFC/Gaz./2025 dated
20.11.2025. It be checked and registered.
Present: Sh. Shaurya Yadav, Ld Counsel for the complainant through VC.
Sh. Raj Pal Singh, Ld. Counsel for the accused with accused.
Fresh vakalatnama filed on behalf of the accused. Same be taken on record.
Offence being bailable, accused is admitted to bail subject to furnishing of
personal bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of like amount.
At this stage, the accused seeks some time to furnish bail bonds.
Heard. Allowed.
Ld. Counsel for accused submits that copy of complaint alongwith documents
have not been supplied to the accused.
Complainant is directed to supply the complete set of documents through
whatsapp on details furnished i.e 8860904146 at least 15 days prior to the NDOH.
Accused shall appear in person alongwith surety on the NDOH.
Put up for furnishing of bail bonds and framing of notice on 06.07.2026.
