BWs issued against the accused received back with report, “wife of accused
was found at the given address who stated that accused has gone to Banaras for some work and
she will inform him about the date of hearing”.
In view of the report, it seems that accused is aware about the proceedings of
this case and has accused is deliberately avoiding the appearance before this court and
concealing himself/ herself.

till the next date of hearing.
It is submitted by accused side that they have received the copy of complaint
and annexures.
