Fresh case received by way of assignment. The same has been checked and registered. Present
case has been put up before me by the Reader of the court today.
Present: Sh. Nishant Gupta, Ld Counsel for the complainant through VC.
Matter is at the pre-cognizance stage.
This is a complaint filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. Perusal
of the complaint and the e-filing history reveals that the present complaint has been filed on
04.01.2025.
Since the present complaint is governed by the provisions of the Bharatiya Nagarik
Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, therefore, in light of the provisions of the said Code, let notice be issued
to the proposed accused for answering to the present complaint upon filing of PF within two
weeks from today, returnable for the next date of hearing. Process Server is directed to serve the
notice through all permissible modes. Copy of the complaint be supplied to the proposed accused
alongwith the said notice.
Put up for appearance of proposed accused/arguments on summoning/ further
consideration on 27.11.2025.
