Ld. Counsel for accused submits that copy of complaint has
not been received.

Ld. Counsel for complainant is directed to supply the copy of

Since, the offence is bailable in nature accused is admitted to
bail subject to furnishing of bonds in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- and the surety
in the like amount.
Surety bonds furnished. Same is verified and accepted.
Original FD be endorsed . Robkar be issued.
Accused is directed to appear physically before this Court on
NDOH voluntarily, failing which, coercive measure shall be taken.
