complainant is the only witness to the allegations made by him and rest of the
allegations pertain to the incidences occurred not even within the jurisdiction of this
court. Moreover, the allegations appear to be vague at this stage.
I am of the opinion that registration of FIR and investigation by police
is not warranted in the present matter since complainant can directly testify in the
court. In view thereof , application U/s. 156(3) stands dismissed.
