An application for personal exemption of accused
no. 1 has been moved on the ground that she is unwell.
Perused. Allowed for reason stated therein.
Accused no. 1 is directed to appear in person on
NDOH.
An application for cancellation of NBW filed on
behalf of accused is pending.
Heard.
In view of the submissions, NBW against the
accused no. 2 stands cancelled, subject to collective cost of Rs.
2,000/- payable to the complainant. Application stands disposed
of.
Ld. Counsel for accused submits that accused has
not received copy of complaint and annexures. Complainant is
directed to supply complaint along with annexed documents to
accused before NDOH on WhatsApp no. of counsel for accused
i.e. 8860499399.
Offence being bailable, accused no. 2 is admitted to
Court bail on furnishing of bail bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/-
with one surety of like amount. Personal bond & surety bond

furnished, considered and accepted. Original FDR be retained on
record.
Put up for appearance of accused no. 1 / furnishing
of bail bond of accused no. 1 / framing of notice on 17/05/2025.
