Present: None for complainant. Sh. Shahnawaz, Ld. Counsel for accused no.2 with accused no.2. An application for cancellation of NBWs has been moved on behalf of the accused no.2 stating that father in law of accused no.2 was hospitalized. Copy of death certificate is also annexed with the application. Ld. Counsel for the accused no. 2 submits that copy of the application has already been supplied to the complainant side. Submissions heard. Application perused. Keeping in view the submissions made and considering the fact that the accused has entered appearance before the Court, NBWs issued against the accused are stayed subject to fine of Rs.1000/- to be deposited with the court today itself. Fine of Rs.1000/- stands deposited with the court today. At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the accused no. 2 undertakes to furnish the surety on the NDOH. Accused no.2 shall appear in person alongwith surety on the NDOH. Put up on date already fixed i.e. 24.07.2026. -- 1 of 1 --
