Matter received by way of transfer in pursuance of order of Ld. Principal District
& Sessions Judge (Hqs), Delhi vide order no. 91487-91504/F.3(4)JMFC/Gaz./2025 dated
20.11.2025. It be checked and registered.
Present: Sh. Praveen Rana, Ld Counsel for the complainant through VC.
Sh. Shahnawaz, Ld. Counsel for the accused no. 1, 2 and 3 alongwith accused
no.3.
Accused no. 1 is a company.
Accused no. 2 through VC.
Matter is fixed for CE.
Fresh vakalatnama filed on behalf of all the accused persons. Same be taken on
record.
Ld. Counsel for the accused persons seeks time to furnish bail bonds in the sum
of Rs.25,000/- each.
Heard. Allowed.
Ld. Counsel for the accused persons seeks an adjournment stating that the
settlement talks are still going on between the parties.
Accordingly, matter stands adjourned.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for accused persons submits that copy of complaint
alongwith documents have not been supplied to the accused persons.
Complainant is directed to supply the complete set of documents through
whatsapp or e-mail on details furnished i.e 9891241836 and email id
mssadvocate2016@gmail.com at least 15 days prior to the NDOH.
The complaint and the original documents have only been e-filed.
As per order no. Endst nos. 6296-6330/DHC/Gaz.-IIB/G-7/VI.E.2(a)/2025 dated
18.11.2025, the present court is now functioning as a physical court.
The complainant is therefore, directed to submit the original documents and the
complaint with the Ahlmad of this court before NDOH.
Put up for furnishing of bail bonds on behalf of accused no. 2 and 3/report on
settlement, if any/CE on 28.04.2026.
