behalf of the accused no.3 stating the fact that father of accused no.3 has been hospitalized.

Exemption is allowed for today.
Ld. Counsel for the accused persons submits that accused no. 2 is on his way to
the court.
The complainant is directed to submit the original documents and the complaint
with the Ahlmad of this court before NDOH.

of PF within 30 days from today, returnable for next date of hearing.
No application for cancellation of NBWs shall be entertained without proof of
advance notice to the complainant.
