In view of the above reports, it appears that process
has been served upon the defendant through whatsapp. Moreover,
refusal report on the process issued to the defendant through
speed post is also a deemed service.
Defendant is directed to file written statement as per
mandate of Commercial Courts Act and as per timeline
prescribed under CPC alongwith statement of truth, list of
documents and affidavit of admission/denial of documents,
serving an advance copy of all the above documents upon the
plaintiff.
Thereafter, replication, may be filed on behalf of the
plaintiff as per mandate and timeline prescribed along with
statement of truth, list of documents and affidavit of
admission/denial of documents, serving advance copy upon the
defendant.
Put up on 24.03.2026 for completion of pleadings,
