the judgment dated 22.10.2024 be stayed till the next date of
hearing.

Execution of the judgment dated 22.10.2024 without
affording an opportunity of hearing to the appellant, would cause
irreparable loss and hardship, rendering the present appeal
infructuous. In view of the same, execution of the judgment dated
22.10.2024 is stayed till the next date of hearing. Copy of this order
