Present transfer petition under Section 24 CPC
seeking transfer of civil suit CS DJ No.1357/2025, titled
‘Madan Lal Wadhwa and Ors. vs Suresh’ pending in the court
of Sh.Anil Antil, Ld. District Judge-15, Central, Delhi to the
court of Sh.Naresh Kumar Laka, Ld. District Judge-07, Central,
Delhi where connected suit bearing CS No.743/2025, titled
‘Suresh vs Madan Lal’ is pending trial. It is stated that suit
property and parties in both the cases are same.
Ld. Counsel for respondents submits that he has no
objection if the present transfer petition is allowed.
Considering the application, for the sake of judicial
convenience and to avoid conflicting judgments, it is appropriate
if both the suits are to be adjudicated and tried by one and same
court.
Accordingly, civil suit bearing CS DJ
No.1357/2025, titled ‘Madan Lal Wadhwa and Ors. vs
Suresh’ is withdrawn from the court of Sh.Anil Antil, Ld.
District Judge-15, Central, Delhi and is transferred to the court of

Sh.Naresh Kumar Laka, Ld. District Judge-07, Central, Delhi for
adjudication and disposal as per law.
Parties to appear before the court of Sh.Naresh
Kumar Laka, Ld. District Judge-07, Central, Delhi on
12.02.2026.
Ahlmad of Transferor Court is directed to send the
complete file to Transferee Court forthwith.
Trial court record of Ld. District Judge-15 be sent
back.
Copy of order be sent to both the courts for
compliance.
Transfer application is accordingly disposed of and
be consigned to the record room.
