Heard. Perused.
The defendant no.1 has already shown his
bonafide in appearing before the Court upon getting
knowledge of this case. If the documents received by
the defendant no.1 were illegible, then, defendant no.1
ought to have approached this Court by way of
appropriate application, however, he failed to do so.
Be that as it may, defendants no.2, 3 and
20 are yet to be summoned; and Written Statement on
behalf of defendants no.4 to 22 is yet to be filed.
In this view, there is no occasion to close
the right of defendant no.1 to file his Written
Statement.
Further, plaintiff is directed to place a
complete set of plaint alongwith annexing documents
which are properly legible and paginated and with
index on record within 07 days from today. Ld.
Counsel for defendant no.1 is at liberty to collect the
same against acknowledgment and file his Written
Statement within 30 days thereafter with advance
copy to the Ld. Counsel for plaintiff, who may file his
replication within 30 days thereafter.
Ld. Counsel appearing for defendants
no.4 to 22 (except defendant no.20) is directed to give

within 07 days from today and proof of service be

(except defendant no.20) be filed within 30 days from
the receipt of plaint with advance copy to the opposite
party and replication be filed within 30 days
thereafter.
Further, in terms of order dated
27.02.2026, the plaintiff is directed to take steps for
service of defendants no.2, 3 and 20 subject to filing
