Parties submit that there is a possibility of settlement
between the parties and jointly pray that the matter be referred to
Mediation Centre.
Accordingly, matter is referred to mediation cell for
11.08.2025 at 02:30 pm under the special scheme started by
NALSA Mediation ‘For the Nation’. Mediation Referral Form
filled by the parties. Ahlmad is directed to sent the first page of
the suit with the mediation referral form.
Parties/authorized agents/instructed agents/ld.
counsels are directed to personally participate in the mediation
proceedings.
Re-notify the matter before this court for apprising
about the out come of mediation proceedings/PE on 25.09.2025.
Parties are directed to remain present in person on the next date
of hearing before the court. Advance copy of affidavit of
evidence be supplied to the other side atleast seven days before
the next date of hearing. Ld. Counsel for plaintiff shall inspect

the file and flag the documents to be exhibited before the date
fixed and if the time for exhibiting the documents takes more
than ten minutes because of non flagging of documents prior to
the date fixed, cost shall be imposed for wasting the time of the
court. Witnesses required to be summoned, if any, be summoned
on filing PF within seven days from today.
