Written statement alongwith list of documents, affidavit of
admission denial and reply to interim application had been filed on behalf of
defendant in between the date.
Replication alongwith affidavit of admission denial has been
filed on behalf of the plaintiff. Copy supplied.
Admission denial of documents has been carried out. Pleadings
have been completed. From the pleadings of the parties, following issues are
framed:-
1. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to the relief of injunction as prayed for?
OPP.
2. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to the damages to the tune of
Rs.80,00,000/- as prayed for? OPP.
3. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to any interest, if yes, at what rate and for
what period? OPP.
4. Relief.
No other issue arises or is pressed for.
Put up for entire PE on 07.08.2025. List of witnesses be filed by
both the parties within 15 days. Steps for summoning of witnesses be taken

within 01 month. Advance copy of affidavit be supplied to the other party
seven days prior to the next date of hearing. Ld. Counsel for plaintiff shall
flag the documents to be exhibited before the next date of hearing.
