Defendant already ex-parte.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff has filed an application under Order 16
read with Section 151 CPC for summoning of witness. It is submitted that
plaintiff wants to summon the clerk / official concerned from the office of Delhi
M.P. Freight Carriers at Shop No. 10A, Khasra No. 432, Gurudwara Market,
Siraspur, Delhi – 110042 along with requisite record as mentioned in the
application.
Heard. Allowed.
Let the witness be summoned with the requisite record as
mentioned in the application on filing of PF and deposition of diet money of Rs.
1000/-.
Steps for summoning of witness be taken within a week.
Application is disposed off accordingly.
Case is fixed for PE however, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff seeks
adjournment on the ground that the witness has not brought the minutes of
meeting book today.
In the interest of justice, case is adjourned.
Put up for ex-parte PE on 17.3.2025.
