It is stated by AR of complainant that as per decisions
of senior officers of complainant company, the assistance of the
police is to be taken for proper investigations of the case and
complaint is to be withdrawn. Thus, he prays to allow the
withdrawal of the present complaint with liberty to approach the
police for appropriate action as per law.
In view of statement of AR of complainant recorded
today, present complaint is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to
the complainant company to take the action available to it as per
law.
