Present: Sh. Vipul Kumar, ld. Counsel for Plaintiff.
Present suit has been filed by the plaintiff against the defendant
for recovery of Rs. 9,19,433/- alongwith interest @9% per annum.
The suit is accompanied by statement of truth, non starter
report and court fees of Rs. 14,332/-.
Reader of this Court has reported that court fees is deficient to
the extent of Rs.150/-.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that he will file the
deficient court fees within 02 days.
In the meanwhile, issue summons for settlement of issues and
notice of the application, if any, to the defendant through e-mail, Whats
App, as well as by ordinary process, Speed post and approved courier,
returnable for 16.11.2026, subject to filing of PF/RC, deposit of necessary
charges within 10 days, directing the defendant to file written
statement/reply within statutory period.
