Fresh application under Section 59-(2) of Industrial Dispute Act, 1947
for execution of award dated 03.09.2026 passed by Ld. POLC-X, RADC
Complex, New Delhi in LCA No. 1878/2026 has been received through e-
filing. Same be checked and registered.
Present:- Sh. Praveen Kumar Mishra, Ld. Counsel for DH through VC.
At request, issue notice of the execution petition to the JD on filing
of PF within one week from today alongwith the copy of the application/petition
and documents, if any with direction to file calculation sheet.
In the meantime, Nazir is directed to submit the report on the
following points:-
1. Whether any part of the award dated 03.09.2026 passed by Ld.
POLC-X, RADC Complex, New Delhi in LCA No. 1878/2026 has been
satisfied within the jurisdiction of this Court either in the present execution
petition or in any other execution petition, if any, filed by the DH qua the aforesaid
award.
2. Whether any Order either staying the operation of the aforesaid
order or setting aside the same has been received in the present case from any
superior Court.
3. Whether the address of the JD falls within the jurisdiction of this
court.
