Court fees in the present matter has not been paid and instead an application
u/s 149 has been filed seeking exemption to pay the court fees on the ground that the
plaintiff is suffering from financial crises.
The present application is clearly misconceived as the plaintiff has neither
sued as an indigent person and accordingly no grounds are made out to exempt the
plaintiff from the payment of the court fees. However, in the interest of justice, the
plaintiff is granted 4 weeks time to pay the requisite court fees. The plaintiff is further
directed to provide his PAN number on the NDOH, who is also directed to remain
present in person.
