Present : Sh. Binay Kumar, AR of the complainant company.
None for the accused.
It is already 12.30 p.m. Accused was called on
notice as per section 223(1) proviso (1) BNSS, 2023.
Matter is fixed today for the purpose of further
consideration.
It is submitted by the AR for the complainant
company that the present matter alongwith other connected cases /
inspections has already been settled under PCC Scheme in the
office of complainant on 17.12.2025 for a sum of Rs.35,300/- out
of which only Rs.1,500/- has been paid by the accused and no
further payment has been made by the accused in terms of the
settlement (Copy of order already filed) with further request to
proceed with the matter on merits.
I have heard the submissions made by the AR for the
complainant and perused the record.
Complainant is called upon to lead the pre-
summoning evidence for the next date of hearing.
Put up on 21.09.2026 for pre-summoning evidence.
