It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for Decree Holder
that JD is not having any movable or immovable property within
the jurisdiction of this Court. It is also submitted by Ld. Counsel
for DH that JD is having property within the jurisdiction of Ld.
Principal District & Sessions Judge, Kolkata. It is prayed that
necessary transfer certificate be issued in the name of Ld.
Principal District & Sessions Judge, Kolkata.
In view of the submissions made by Ld. Counsel for
Decree Holder and as the JD is resident of Raja Rajkrishna
Street, Kolkata-700006, it is ordered that transfer certificate be
issued in the name of Ld. Principal District & Sessions Judge,
Kolkata. Nazir is directed to issue necessary transfer certificate as
per law. Dasti Transfer certificate be given on proper receipt, as
prayed by Ld. Counsel for Decree Holder. File be consigned to
record room, after necessary compliance.
