Let notice be issued to the IO concerned to appear in
person and to clarify regarding the house/ factory, wherefrom the
present applicant/ accused was apprehended and recovery of
contraband was effected, on the next date of hearing.
IO is further directed to clarify whether the owner of
said factory/ house was interrogated or not and also to clarify about
the money trails between the applicant/ accused and co-accused
persons, on the next date of hearing. CDR analysis be also filed by
the IO on the next date of hearing.
On request, list the bail application for further
arguments on 22.10.2026.
A copy of this order be given dasti to ASI Sunil Sharma
with direction that concerned IO will furnish clarifications on the
aforementioned aspects, on the next date of hearing.
