None for the respondent.
The RC/ AD received back unserved with the report that despite
repeated visits the respondent is not found available at the said address.
Employee of the Ld. Counsel for the appellant is present and has
filed the Tracker’s Report along with the Speed Post receipts as per which the
items has been delivered to the addressee. Perusal of the Trial Court Record
reveals that it was the same address given by the respondent at the time of
closing his evidence on 01.11.2023. In view of the same, the respondent is
considered as served in the present matter.
An opportunity is given to the respondent to appear in the Court
on the next date of hearing.
Put up for further proceedings on 02.07.2024.
