Previous cost of Rs. 2000 is transferred by the Ld. Counsel
for the defendant to the Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff.
2. Affidavit of admission/denial of documents has been filed
on behalf of the plaintiff.
3. An application (IA No. 4/2026) has been filed seeking
extension of time to file FDR. Arguments heard.
4. Several medical documents have been attached along with
said application. Ld. Counsel for the defendant stated that 06 weeks time
may be given to deposit the said FDR. Same has been strongly opposed.
5. From the previous order sheets, it is seen that earlier an
extension was already granted to the defendant. However, in the interest
of justice and medical documents, one last opportunity is granted to file
FDR on or before the next date failing which, suit will be decreed as per
law. Application (IA No. 4/2026) is disposed of.
