Present : Sh. Binay Kumar, AR of the complainant
company.
Matter is fixed today for the purpose of
consideration.
The present case pertains to impugned bill dated
07.09.2026, due on 22.09.2026 and print date 14.09.2026, for
a sum of Rs. 1,35,528/-, raised on the basis of raid conducted
on 19.12.2025 by the officials of complainant company and
consequently, the present case has been filed on 28.09.2026.
On being enquired, it is submitted by the AR for
the complainant that the present matter related to property in
question where the raid has been conducted, as noted above,
has not been settled till today with the accused persons and
the fact regarding age of the accused persons has not been
mentioned in the complaint.
In compliance of previous direction, details of
pending cases/ inspections with respect to premises in
question/ accused persons, not filed by the complainant. Be
filed on or before the next date of hearing.
Further, on being enquired, it has been submitted
by the AR for the complainant that complaint u/s 135(1A) of
Electricity Act dated 19.12.2025 for registration of FIR has
been filed by the Assistant Manager / Authorized Officer at
PS Hari Nagar and photocopy of the same has been placed on
record as Annexure G.

Complainant is directed to file acknowledged
original complaint on or before the next date of hearing.
Put up on 12.02.2027 for pre-summoning
evidence.
