Defendant no. 4 has not filed written statement
despite service on 02.03.2025. In view of the same, right of
defendant no. 4 to file written statement is hereby closed.
Ld. counsel for defendants to 1 to 3 seeks some
more time to file reply to the application under Order 39 Rule 1
and 2 CPC. Last and final opportunity is granted.
Reply, if any, to be file within a period of ten days
from today with advance copy to the opposite side against
acknowledgment.
