Upon notice, having been issued, Sh. Ankit Kaushal has entered
appearance on behalf of the JD and has filed his Vakalatnama and submits
that he would be filing detailed calculation sheet with respect to interest
component awarded vide order dated 13.12.2023.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and keeping in
view that an amount of Rs. 12,74,228/- under the order dated 13.12.2023 has
been awarded towards principal amount by the Labour Court, which till date
has not been paid, issue warrants of attachment for an amount of Rs
12,74,228/ towards the principal amount against the bank account of the JD
bearing no 41010068213, State Bank of India, Chandni Chowk, Delhi06 in
respect of the awarded principal amount on filing of PF and affidavit stating
that the DH has not received any other amount under the order dt 13.12.2023
and no appeal/writ petition is pending against the judgment from which the
present execution has arisen or if pending then the proceedings of the present
execution has not been stayed.
