Fresh suit is received by way e-filing portal. It be checked as per rules.
Present: Shri Yogesh Latha, Ld. counsel for plaintiff through Video
Conferencing.
This is a suit instituted by the plaintiff against the defendant
for recovery of an amount of Rs.9,69,208.96 along with pendente-lite
and future interest.
Requisite court fee stamps as affixed on the hard copy of
plaint is placed on file. The same be checked whether stamp has been
locked or not.
In terms of e-Filing Rules of High Court of Delhi, 2021, Ld.
Counsel for plaintiff to preserve the plaint and the documents in original.
Considering the averments and the submissions, issue
summons of the suit for settlement of issues to the defendant through all
permissible modes on filing of PF and envelopes with requisite postal
stamps. The steps be taken within seven days.
It be mentioned in the summons informing the defendant to
file written statement within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt
of summons with advance copy to the plaintiff. Copy of the order be
annexed with the summons.
Plaintiff is further directed to place on record a copy of the
plaint and documents in electric form/scanned images in compliance of
Rules for forwarding/ annexing/attaching the same with the process. A
requisite process fee for sending process by electronic mode be filed

within a week alongwith copies as above for onward transmission to
Nazarat Branch, Central District for service through e-mail.
Now, be put up on 03.11.2026 for report of the service and for
further proceedings.
