An application under Order 16 r/w Sec.5 CPC r/w
Sec.151 CPC has been filed on behalf of applicants seeking
directions to the Manager of PNB, Kasturba Gandhi Marg
branch, New Delhi for production of account statement of Sh.
Chitra Gupta Sabha from 01.08.2015 to 31.12.2025 and to
deposit the amount of Rs.34,59,200/- lying in that account with
this Hon’ble Court.
Heard.
Manager of PNB, Kasturba Gandhi Marg branch,
New Delhi is directed to produce bank statement of account
no.7447000100041482 in the name of Sh. Chitra Gupta Sabha
from 01.08.2015 to 31.12.2025 before this Court on NDOH. Till
then, the Sabha will withdraw the amount leaving Rs.40 Lakhs in
his bank account.
The application stands disposed of.
Sh. Rajan Babu Saxena is directed to appear in
person in the court on NDOH.
Put up on 13.01.2026 for further proceedings.
