Heard.
Ld. counsel for the respondents submits that he has
no objection to the prayer made by the petitioner.
Ld. counsel for the petitioner submits that
petitioners have filed five suits against the respondents wherein
property in question is same. Three suits bearing no. CS DJ
616572/2016; CS DJ 616573/2016 and CS DJ 616574/2024 got
assigned to the Court of Ms. Shagun Sharma, Ld. DJ-12, Central,
Delhi and two suits bearing no. CS DJ 616578 and CS DJ
17833/2016 got assigned to the Court of Sh. Vinay Singhal, Ld.
DJ-09, Central Delhi. It is submitted that it is in the interest of
justice, that all the matters should be tried by the one Court.
Since the parties in all the matters are same and
subject matter i.e. property in question is also the same, it is in
the interest of justice that all the matters should be tried by one
Court. Accordingly, CS DJ 17833/2016 pending in the court of
Sh. Vinay Singhal, Ld. DJ-09, Central Delhi is withdrawn and
transferred to the Court of Ms. Shagun Sharam, Ld. DJ-12,
Central, Delhi, for proceeding in accordance with law.
Transfer petition stands allowed.
Parties to appear before Ld. DJ-12 on 12.12.2024.

Ahlmad of the Transferor Court is directed to send
the file complete in all respects to the Transferee Court.
Copy of the order be sent to concerned Courts
File of Transfer Petition be consigned to Record
