During the course of the arguments on the aspect of
charge, Ld. Counsel for the accused Rohit @ Rahul has relied upon
the ratio of orders dated 21.09.2023 passed by Hon’ble High Court of
Delhi in Crl. Revision Petition No. 123/2017 in the matter titled as
State Vs. Raju @ Lokpal & Ors.
Ld. Addl. PP for the state states that as per submissions
of Ld. Counsel for the accused Rahit @ Rahul on the aspect of charge,
he also wants to place on record the certain case laws.
In these circumstances, at joint request, now to come up
for arguments on the aspect of charge on 31.07.2024.
