Accused Jitender Kumar and Manoj Kumar are not present.

Rahul.
Sh. Diwarkar Chaudhary, Ld. LAC for the accused Jitender,
who has filed on record exemption application on behalf of the above said
accused on the ground that on account of his examination of BA programe
today, he is unable to appear before the Court.
Keeping in view the ground as contained in the aforesaid
application, physical presence of the above said accused Jitender is
exempted for today only.
PW Jastwant is present but MHC(M) is not present.
This Court is in the receipt of letter dated 10.01.2025 from
FSL Rohini wherein it has been mentioned that case property qua FSL
report shall be ready by 15.02.2025.
IO is again directed to collect FSL report from FSL and to
produce the case property in the Court on the next date.
One more PW Raj Kumar has been served but despite
service, he is absent.
Be awaited for PW Raj Kumar.

Kumar on the ground that on account of his examination of BA programe
today, he is unable to appear before the Court.
Keeping in view the ground as contained in the aforesaid
application, physical presence of the above said accused Manoj is
exempted for today only.
Sh. Lalit Kumar, Ld. Counsel for the complainant is present
at this stage and he states that PW Raj Kumar is not present on account of
illness and he shall present in the Court on the next date.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant also undertakes to produce
the above said PW Raj Kumar positively on the next date.
PW-1 Jaswant is bound down for the next date.
In view of the letter regarding FSL report has not been
received to this Court from FSL, now to come up for PE on 19.03.2025.
